We often pour to order and typically ship within 3 business days. We ship via USPS Ground using plastic-free packaging. Please allow for additional time for USPS to deliver your order.

Because of the nature of handmade soap, once the packaging has been opened we cannot accept returns, or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, or are unsatisfied with your soap please let us know. We will do what we can to make sure you are satisfied.
